A Concise Greek-English Dictionary of the New Testament (NA29/UBS6) (Hardcover)

A complete Greek-English dictionary of the New Testament (UBS6 and NA29)This Greek-English New Testament dictionary is the product of many years of research in New Testament translation work worldwide. It differs from traditional dictionaries in a significant way: instead of listing the meanings of words according to logical-historical principles, the various definitions are presented according to their usage in the New Testament. A system of cross-references connects related Greek terms, and an appendix provides an overview of groups of words with similar meanings.Aspects at a glance include:Newly revised based on the 29th edition of the Nestle-Aland Novum Testament Graece (NA29) and 6th edition of the UBS Greek New Testament (UBS6)An invaluable resource for studying the most up-to-date Greek New TestamentClear organization, with Greek words listed alphabetically and definitions listed according to importance and frequencyCross-references highlight interrelated Greek termsAppendix overviews groups of words with similar meanings
