The lessons, revealed to me through these encounters and those discovered through personal practice, have been pieced together, thread by thread, to recreate a spiritual discipline of a forgotten and highly advanced civilization. Many elders I met referred to their ancestral wisdom as the evolutionary science of humanity. At the heart of this book is the indigenous evolutionary science of what it means to be human."
