Creating a Circle of Collaborative Spiritual Leadership

Rather than the traditional 'head teacher' structure used by most schools, Steiner-Waldorf schools use collaborative leadership. Some advantages are that a spirit of trust and cooperation can be fostered in the collaborative group, and children can also be involved in decision-making.This book, a collection of articles written by the Pedagogical Section Council of North America, illuminates this unique system of governance to help both parents and teachers understand why it's so special.
