Beware of the dwarf!, viskar biobesökaren till den vackra Gloria mitt under filmen. Directed by Colin Higgins, Foul Play stars Goldie Hawn as a San Francisco librarian who becomes caught up in a conspiracy to assassinate the Pope. Chevy Chase co-stars as the detective who comes to her aid, with Burgess Meredith and Dudley Moore in supporting roles. Blending romantic comedy with Hitchcock-inspired suspense, the film earned seven Golden Globe nominations and an Academy Award nomination for the song Ready to Take a Chance Again.
