Pride and Pinot: A Novella

When your high-school ex is running your family's winery, going home for the holidays gets... complicated.Sera Sullivan is coming home for Christmas, and not by choice. Her design business has folded, her savings are gone, and the only one pleased about the drive back to the family's winery is Max, her border collie. The plan is simple: survive the holidays, dodge her overbearing Italian family, and figure out her next move before New Year. Then she finds Jake Hanson running the winery she abandoned seven years ago, still wearing the watch she gave him at eighteen and infuriatingly unwilling to hold a grudge. Now they're stuck together through winter sales, family dinners, and Max's ongoing campaign to befriend the one person Sera is trying to avoid. She learned the hard way that going it alone ends in disaster. The trouble is admitting it.Some vintages are worth waiting for.Pride & Pinot is a closed-door, second-chance Christmas romance set in a winery, featuring a proud heroine, a patient hero, a loud Italian family, and one scene-stealing border collie.
