Remix

In music-fuelled 1980s London, New Zealand-born Mist Kohu meets the glorious and complex Emma and his happiness seems assured until a trip to Paris and an argument on the Eurostar train breaks them apart and Mist finds himself distraught and alone.Years later, Mist is still failing to come to terms with the way their romance ended and why it still affects him so much, why he still finds it impossible to forge any new relationships. With the help of a new technology that he is assured will make it easier to find the answers, Mist begins a journey of self-discovery to try to understand the collapse of his relationship with Emma, to get the resolution he craves so that he can move on with his life. The journey takes Mist virtually back to key moments from his past - or at least a version of them - to help him acknowledge the things he did wrong all those years before, and to allow him to exist in peace in the present. Can Mist find closure in reliving a virtual past, or does the answer lie in confronting the reality of the present? He has to do it for Emma. For himself.Join Mist in a recognisable but off-key near future and in the 1980's by scrolling up for the first instalment of the Remix Series.
