The Gingerbread Yeti

A festive rhyming picture book from #1 New York Times-bestselling author Dan Gemeinhart about an abominable gingerbread cookie on the loose in the North Pole, wreaking havoc-or does it simply long for a family to share the holiday with? On the night before Christmas at the North Pole, the elves are all starving and Santa is famished. But when a tuft of white fur blows into Ella the Elf's gingerbread batter, out of the oven crashes a not-so-tasty (and somewhat hairy) surprise! The Gingerbread Yeti is towering, frightening... and on the loose. But as Ella, the elves, and the reindeer are chased by the abominable doughman, the young baker begins to wonder what the Yeti truly wants for Christmas. After all, there's no sweeter gift than celebrating the holidays with family. Perfect for fans of Santa Jaws and Tough Cookie.
