Titan LIFE Olympisk Hex Bar 50 mm, Hex bar

TITAN LIFE PRO Hex Bar is a bent barbell, which can be used for exercises such as squats, deadlifts and shrugs. The advantage of a Hex Bar is that you can do the exercises directly above your center of gravity and thus get a more upright body position, where you can train your neck muscles in a more natural position and work directly against gravity. The barbell, also called a Trap Bar, is perfect to supplement and thus bring your training to a new level.
